Please be advised that after I wrote to the Cheshire CFA I received a response that is detailed below.

My question was when would we all receive confirmation regarding grass roots football and whether it could continue.

Thank you for the email. I hope firstly, that this finds you safe and well.

​With regards to grassroots football, unfortunately it must stop as of tomorrow until 2nd December.

Therefore, all scheduled fixtures for November are suspended and the use of council facilities are now closed.

Until further news on the pandemic allows us to restart the season, no further fixtures will be provided.

On behalf of the League Management Committee and myself I hope you all remain safe and well during this latest lockdown.

Please keep your loved ones safe and secure and adhere to the lockdown rules, so as we can get back to playing football again.

Failing to adhere to the rulings will only increase the length of time before we can recommence providing fixtures.
