Mike O’Sullivan Garages First Division

Eastham Rangers Colts rode to victory in the Mike O’Sullivan Garages First Division when coming from 0-2 down to inflict a first defeat on JASGA FC with 3-2 result as Braden Laurie, Andy Rogers and Adam Clarke produced the comeback after an own goal and a Stuart Speed effort had put them behind.

This result enabled Sheridans FC to go top by one goal after a thrilling 5-3 success over Eastham Rangers thanks to a treble from Leon Jones and singles from Bill Doyle and Sean Burgess, whilst Sean Williams fired a great hat-trick for Rangers.

Another three-goal hero was Macaulie Lathom for Wallasey Wanderers as they stumped PLCCFC 5-0, with John Albiston and Connor Jackson netting the other goals.

An early goal from Lachlan Pote gave Vineyard a good start against Vale Athletic, but Vale fought back to claim a 1-1 draw.

Claiming their second success so far were Liscard Panthers who defeated Bromborough Town 4-2 in a great game that saw Dale Crawford bag a brace and both Jason Stephens and Curtis Ledsom-Robinson added singles, as Andy Simpson and Jack Cooke replied for the visitors.

Moreton Alarms Supplies Second Division

Match of the day in the Moreton Alarms Supplies Second Division resulted in a 2-0 victory for Trident as they ousted Shore Villa from top spot with goals from Sam Bonner and Tom Mulryan to put them three points clear.

Keeping pace with the leaders are Primrose who took the spoils versus Shore Villa Athletic 4-3 due to a double strike from Adam Walker and singles from Declan Kinnear and Alex Broadbent, with the replies coming from Ben McPartland, Ethan Naismith and Luis Shirley.

One O’clock Gun eased home 8-1 against North West Harriers after being 0-1 down to a Connor Reeves goal as Nathan Johnson-3, Jack Mahr-2, Morgan Galor, Kevin Machin and Liam Keating found the net.

Harry Sutton was a three-goal marksman for Oxton Celtic in their 7-0 rout of Bromborough Athletic, with Sean Deehan-2, Tim Hughes and Danny Ward adding the extras to keep Athletic rooted.

A solitary goal from James Huxham earned Ellesmere Port Red Lions a hard-earned 1-0 victory over Wallasey Wolves as they moved above their opponents.
