The LMC ask all clubs to read and keep to the guidance which includes changes to restrictions for step 2, which come into force on 12 April, and sets out Wirral Council's information to develop action plans and guidance.

Dear clubs,

The Government's latest guidance on safely providing grassroots sport and physical activity during COVID restrictions was updated on 08 April 2021. This guidance includes changes to restrictions for step 2, which come into force on 12 April, and sets out Wirral Council's information to develop action plans and guidance.

As part of Wirral Council's measures to limit transmission risk from off-field activity and work in line with the latest Government advice, we have made the informed decision to keep changing rooms closed for the remainder of the season.

Thanks for your understanding and continued effort in ensuring safe provisions for organised sports events.
