The MES Ltd First Division title was officially claimed by the One O’clock Gun as they overcame a gallant Farmers Arms with a double score victory as James Edwards-3, Ricci Neill-2, Mark Galer, Billy Rainbow, Leighton Clarke, Jay Prescott, Owen McMahon and Mark McCoom scored to complete a trophy treble. They will be hoping to add the Wirral District FA Amateur Cup to their trophy haul on Friday when taking on Whitby Rangers with a 7.00pm kick off at Ashville FC.
Six goals were shared between Trident and Vineyard as they battled out a 3-3 draw, with Callum Morrison bagging a brace and Ben Hawitt a single for Vineyard,
The final fixture in the Moreton Alarms Supplies Second Division resulted in a 3-1 success for runners-up North West Harriers as they beat FC Greasby 3-1 thanks to a double strike from Jamie Hobson and a single from Adam Pickering with Adam Macadam bagging the lone response for Greasby to finish their first campaign in open age football.
