Poulton Vics ran out 4-0 victors against North Wirral Saints thanks to Joe McGee netting a superb treble and Lewis Wright added a single.
Rockpoint FC also had a three-goal marksman in Josh Hatton as they beat PLCCFC 5-2, with Paul Williams and Kyle Bennett adding the extras. On target for PLCC were Steve McMillen and Tom Rigby.
Staying third are JASGA FC who beat Vineyard 6-2 as Daren Pritchard netted twice and Adam Walker, Anthony Gibbons, Paul Howell and Tom Evans all grabbed singles. Hitting the replies was Kyle Sloan with a fine brace.
Moreton Alarms Supplies Second Division
Leaders Eastham Rangers Colts secured the spoils with a 3-1 defeat of Trident due to Dillon Thomas, Ryan Day and Bray Lawrie scoring and Ben Ryan replied from the penalty spot.
Wallasey Wanderers fought out a 4-4 battle with Liscard Panthers as Connor Jackson-2, Joel Hunter and Macauley Lathom found the net, but firing the responses were Curtis Ledsom, Tom Warburton, Ricardo Royes and Jason Stephens in a very even contest.
A goal apiece from Ben Smith, Jack Brown and Josh Sutton earned West Kirby United a 3-1 success over Shore Villa who had Mark Lake as their scorer.
Mike O’Sullivan Garages Third Division
The only game played in the Mike O’Sullivan Garages Third Division resulted in an 8-1 victory for Vittoria Vaults over a young Ellesmere Port Red Lions and saw Paul Greenwood notch five goals, with Eddie Jebb, Shaun Burgess and Keith Lewis bagging singles in a great team effort. George Hickman scored the consolation for the Lions.
