MES Ltd First Division

The battle for the MES Ltd First Division title is still in the balance following the top two teams drawing their fixtures.
Vineyard drew 1-1 against Bromborough Town thanks to a Lachlan Pote goal, but could have claimed the points but for a missed penalty.

Trident were leading 3-1 versus PLCCFC due to efforts from Michel Mocha, Sam Bonner and Jake Williams, but a stirring comeback by the home side saw Matthew Beaman, George Craven and Danny hardman level the game in the closing stages.

Moreton Alarms Supplies Second Division

Moreton Alarms Supplies Second Division action saw Bromborough Athletic win an eight-goal thriller against Shore Villa 5-3 despite Connor Hodson, Mike Jeffs and Tom Oliver netting for Villa.

AFC Shore Villa reclaimed top spot following their 5-0 eclipse of Barnston FC thanks to a James Outram hat-trick and singles from Joe Robinson and Nathan Mewis and have three games left in their search of promotion.

West Kirby Athletic ran clear of Shore Villa Athletic to stay in contention when easing home 6-0 courtesy of goals by Tom Cameron-2, Seb Peirce-2 and both Matty Goldsmith and Owen Ainscough grabbed a single each in a great team performance.

Oxton Celtic had Chris Ehlen, Joe D-Henin and Sean Deehan on the score sheet as they beat Ellesmere Port Red Lions 3-0.
