To all Team Secretary's and Match Officials 24th October 2023

League and Cup Fixtures

Secretaries,
The fixtures scheduled for November have been published and you are advised to read them carefully. You are also asked to make every effort to get them played. Confirmation must be made with your opponents and match officials. All games - including cup fixtures - must have the results reported to the secretary on conclusion of the fixture. If fixtures fail to take place - you must inform the secretary immediately - using the league line.
This number has the facility to take messages and records the time of the message. ID of all players to be used on the day must be provided by both teams BEFORE kick-off. 5 substitutes can be named before kick-off and used multiple times. If not named they CANNOT play. Referees should ensure they take the names of the substitutes, who should have their kit covered when not taking part. Ensure you abide by the directions provided and placed on the fixtures to save fines being applied to your team.
All rules are on the website and every team was provided with the written rules at the AGM. Now we are entering the winter season, please ensure you communicate with opponents, match officials and the league if you believe there could be problems and ask for a qualified referee to cover pitch inspections, as team members cannot cover this matter. Remembrance Sunday will be on 12th November and teams and referees must organise a one-minute silence in respect on such a poignant day. Your cooperation is greatly needed and appreciated.
Thanks
Tom Potter
